IF 2020 WAS YOUR FINAL YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP

I am a member whose membership was due to end in 2020, but I chose to roll my place over last year.

Your place has been rolled over into the 2021 Great North Run as requested and we’re looking forward to seeing you on the start line. This means 2021 will be the last year of your current membership and will be offered the chance to renew your term in November 2021.

I am a member whose membership was due to end in 2020, but I chose to get a refund on my 2020 place.

By electing to get a refund, you are not eligible for a priority entry into the 2021 Great North Run. As you did not request a rollover of your entry, or a deferment of your membership, 2020 was the last year of your membership and will be offered the chance to renew your term in November 2021.

IF 2020 WAS YOUR FIRST YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP

I am a member who was in my 1st year of membership in 2020, but I chose to roll my place over last year.

Your place has been rolled over into the 2021 Great North Run and we’re looking forward to seeing you on the start line. 2021 will now be classed as the first year of your membership, so you will still be eligible for priority entry in 2022 and 2023.

I am a member who was in 1st year of membership in 2020, but I chose to get a refund on my 2020 place.

Our runner’s safety is always our top priority, and to deliver a Covid-19 safe event there are likely to be limits on the capacity of this year’s event. Electing to get a refund in 2020 instead of rolling your place over means you do not currently have a place in the 2021 event, and you are not eligible for priority entry.

As you did not request a rollover of your entry, or a deferment of your membership, 2020 counted as one year of your membership. You will still be eligible for priority entry in 2022 and 2023.

Our runner’s safety is always our top priority, and to deliver a Covid-19 safe event there are likely to be limits on the capacity of this year’s event. This year we are only able to offer places to those who had a guaranteed place in 2020. As you did not enter or request a deferment last year you do not currently have a place in the 2021 event, and you are not eligible for priority entry.

As you did not enter or request a deferment last year, 2020 counted as one year of your membership. You will still be eligible for priority entry in 2022 and 2023.

IF 2020 WAS YOUR SECOND YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP

I am a member who was in my 2nd year of membership in 2020, but I chose to roll my place over last year.
