Once you have entered the ballot you cannot change the card details, you would need to be withdrawn so you can re-enter the ballot using the new card.
Please contact us here and a member of our team will cancel the existing application.
Please include your name, date of birth/post code or booking reference so the customer services team can locate your entry and sort this for you.
You would need to send the request in by 4pm on Friday 9th February 2024.
