AJ Bell Great South Run - What are the age limits?

Mini Great South Run: 

For runners aged 3 - 8 years old.

An adult bib is included in the race pack so a parent/guardian can run with the child on the day. You don't need to pay extra/register to accompany them. 

Junior Great South Run: 

For runners aged 9 -15 years old

Entrants in the Junior Run don't need to be accompanied by an adult but an adult bib can be requested on the entry form if required. 

Great South 5K: 

All entrants need to be at least 14 years old on event day.

Great South Run (10 Miles):

All entrants need to be at least 16 years old on event day.
