If you’ve recently entered a Great Run event and can’t yet see your details in the app, there’s no need to worry.
The app is updated on a regular basis rather than in real time. Your information will appear once your timing chip has been assigned. Your race number will then be posted to you, and the app will update shortly after.
Please check back again after a few days, and your details should be visible. If you’re still experiencing any issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
